Another milestone for the farmers at Melamchi!
11 beneficiary farmers collected 437 kg of tomatoes in 19 crates and have received an estimated Rs. 15200 from selling them in the Melamchi market. This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the relentless effort of the Market Planning Committee, and the farmers themselves.
A similar collection has been set in motion at the Ratamata collection point for which ISAP is hoping to witness the transformative change in commercial agriculture brought about by PIWAAI in the area.
